SHIPMENT POLICY

Shipping Restrictions : Please note that due to the nature of our items, we are unable to ship packages to PO Boxes, UPS Stores or FedEx Retail Locations. 

All orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery. We ask that you please contact us if you require your shipment to be delivered without a signature. Due to Covid-19, some shipping carriers may sign your package on your behalf. 

All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number when the order is processed and out for delivery. If you do not receive your package and the tracking number shows your package was delivered, please email us at concierge@georgefrancisjewelry.com within 24 hours of the tracking “delivery” date.

All orders shipping to a US address receive complimentary UPS Carbon Neutral Ground shipping at checkout - no coupon code required. Charges for other expedited shipping methods can be calculated at checkout. Please note, that we are not responsible for any carrier delays. 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

George Francis Jewelry proudly stands behind the integrity and quality of our brand. All sales are final unless applicable for an exchange. 

If you would like to exchange any items within 10 days of purchase, please contact us at concierge@georgefrancisjewelry.com to obtain authorization for the exchange. Your items to be exchanged will be shipped to the address provided by the Concierge. Please consider insurance on your return shipment as we will process your exchange only once your item is received. Any remaining balance on the exchange, PLUS shipping costs, will be processed on your original payment method. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

REPAIR

If you purchase a George Francis Fine Jewelry piece from www.georgefrancisjewelry.com you are eligible to receive one free repair within 10 days of the original purchase date. If a George Francis Jewelry piece fails during normal wear within 10 days of the original purchase date due to a defect in material or workmanship, as solely determined by George Francis, we will repair the George Francis Jewelry piece with like quality materials at no cost. If a George Francis Jewelry piece is damaged after the first 10 days, we will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost. Any decision to repair a piece of George Francis Jewelry is subject to review and in George Francis’s sole discretion, and George Francis may refuse to repair any piece of jewelry for any reason whatsoever.   Your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping & handling.
You must provide us with a valid proof of purchase to receive a repair.
George Francis is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
All returns of fine jewelry must be securely packaged (in the original jewelry box) and must include a completed repair form filled out by a customer service representative. Please contact Customer Service ( concierge@georgefrancisjewelry.com) to request a repair form.
Please allow 15-20 business days for your repairs to be complete plus additional time for shipping, if applicable. Repair processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
International Orders are not eligible for repair.
